Our Homemade Bison Sausages
At Peter’s Food Shop we strive to make the best Sausage with only the finest quality meats and seasonings available. There are no fillers, or binders and all of our casings are all natural. The Bison Sausage blends Ontario farm raised Bison with just enough seasoned pork and spices to keep it moist and flavourful. Sausages are vacuum packed frozen in fours at $8.99/lb, with each package around a lb with some variance. Please select how many packages you would like delivered.
