Like all of our beef, we sell only American Prime or Choice Mid-Western Beef. Aging a minimum of 9 weeks (63 days), our beef is always a cut above the best. Fillet Steaks are sold cut into steaks (6 to 9 oz average weight), and then wrapped in our famous house smoked bacon at $22.95/lb. When Requesting Tenderloin, select either the quantity of LBS, or number of steaks you would like delivered.
