One of hottest Ready Meals, since we started to make it and better then you will find in any Italian restaurant. We start off with Fresh Ontario Lamb shanks and slow roast them for hours in Peter’s own Unique sauce which is at once both Savoury and sweet. Decadence is this meal, where the meat literally falls off the bone, with a sauce you will need to ensure you have bread to dip in it and savour every last drop!
