Beginning with Boneless Leg of Ontario Lamb, we marinate it in a special sweet yet tart mixture of Dijon Mustard, Garlic, Oil, Red wine Vinegar and brown sugar for 3 days before roasting it in the oven. More bread dipper heaven as Phil’s signature sauce begs for a loaf of crusty bread to savour every last drop!
