If you would like us to marinate in the same marinade we do our Chops (in a mixture of A Black Truffle Oil, Red Wine, A Lemon Oil, Garlic, Oregano and Rosemary) We are happy to do so at NO additional charge. Racks of lamb average 7 chops per rack at an average weight around a LB (with some Variance). They cost $19.95/LB and are sold as whole Racks at a price per LB.
