At Peter’s Food Shop we strive to make the best Sausage with only the finest quality meats and seasonings available. There are no fillers, or binders and all of our casings are all natural. In our Smoked Grand Marnier Duck Sausage, we took our decadent original and slow smoked it in house. Fully cooked these duck sausages with brown sugar and grand Marnier are delightful warm or cold as they are fully smoked and cooked. Sausages are vacuum packed frozen in two’s at $15.95/lb, with each package around a half to three quarters of a lb with some variance. Please select how many packages you would like delivered.
