Roasted Garlic covered with a Danish Brie Cheese in a Pastry shell, sold frozen by the dozen.
Starting with cloves of fresh garlic, we toss them in a light coating of oil and Roast them off in our oven. Placing a liberal amount in each Pastry Shell, we then cover each with a piece of Danish Brie. All you have to do is heat and serve. Sold frozen by the dozen for $16.00.
