At Peter’s Food Shop we strive to make the best Sausage with only the finest quality meats and seasonings available. There are no fillers, or binders and all of our casings are all natural. The Chicken Schwarma Sausage in one of our newest flavours made with Mennonite chicken and all of the spices and seasonings that go into making a true Middle Eastern Schwarma dish. Tastes great in a pita as well without all of the mess. Sausages are vacuum packed frozen in fours at $6.99/lb, with each package around a lb with some variance.
