Like all of our beef, we sell only American Prime or Choice Mid-Western Beef. Aging a minimum of 9 weeks (63 days), our beef is always a cut above the best. Fillet Steaks are 6 to 9 oz average weight at $22.95/lb. When Requesting Tenderloin select the quantity of LBS you would like delivered.
