We slow cure Premium Atlantic Salmon over three days and then slow smoke it for fifteen hours. Fabulous with our Simply The Best Creamy style horseradish and crackers. Simply break off pieces and serve this fully cooked product. Sold as either half sides (1lb to 1 1/2lb or full sides 2lb to 3lb) average weights with some variance at $23.95/LB.
