Shipping & Delivery
Have you read our ad in City Post magazine? We offer next-day shipping in the GTA. For any order over $80, shipping is free and you’ll receive a package of our Post Road Gourmet Burgers as our thanks.
Orders totaling less than $80 will be charged a $10 shipping and handling fee.
If we receive your order by 3:00pm on Wednesday, you’ll receive it on Thursday.
If we receive your order by 3:00pm on Thursday, you’ll receive it on Friday.
If we receive your order by 3:00pm on Friday, you’ll receive it on Saturday.
We currently do not ship outside the GTA.
Ordering
To make sure that we give you the best price possible. We want to give you the best products possible. That means that we can’t always cut a steak to make it weigh exactly 15 ounces each time. That’s why we can’t offer exact units on our website. We currently offer online order submissions. We prepare your order and call you when it’s ready to be shipped. Payment is done over the phone.
Here’s the process:
- Add all the products you want to your cart
- When you’re ready, proceed to Checkout.
- A copy of your order will be sent to you.
- A copy of your order will be sent to our staff, who will then prepare your order. The prices will be adjusted to reflect the real weight of your order.
- We will then call you to confirm the final price and bill you over the phone.
We accept all major credit cards.

We strongly value your privacy. We would never use your personal information for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. Rest assured, we will never sell or give away any of your information.
Returns & Replacements
At Peter’s Food shop, we’re so certain that you will love our products that we offer a 100% guarantee. If you feel like you didn’t get the best piece of meat for your money, bring it back to the store and we’ll replace it.
