Our Meats


In keeping with our standards for the highest quality, we carry American Prime grade for our steaks and roasts. We regularly offer New York striploin and ribeye (aged minimum nine weeks), but we also have Tomahawk steaks and Japanese Wagyu, which can sell out quickly!

Our Heritage pork is the best to be found in Ontario. Whether you're preparing our pork chops, pork ribs, roasts, loins, or otherwise, it stays juicy and keeps its amazing flavour. 

Best of all is our signature bacon, smoked and sliced in-house. Nothing stacks up to it!


Our Mennonite chicken is processed naturally, without the use of bleach. This means juicy, delicious chicken that doesn't dry out after cooking. We offer whole chickens, breasts (skin on or off), marinated items like kebabs and flat whole chickens, as well as a variety of heat and serve prepared meals.
