As with all of our beef, we sell only American Mid-West aged a minimum of 9 weeks (63 days).  With the Prime Rib in specific as with the Ribeyes, we offer American Prime, the finest grade of beef available, where it’s exquisite marbling is a feature which lends unparalleled taste and tenderness to the roast.  Based on the size of your roast, Peter will walk you through the steps of cooking so that you need not fear making the perfect meal.  Simply select the number of LBS you would like and we shall cut accordingly.
